6th sense

i ask 1 of my collegue if another person is sick. They aren't sure. It turns out the next day, she got an mc.

Interesting is that w/o communicating to that person, just bare observation and feeling, i didnt realise it turn out to be truth.

Is it because that i have know of that person's daily habits to sense something is wrong or just pure instinct?
