Me, the client and the coy

The fools thought they had a carefully thought out plan, creating and merging oil and water to a new form that will bring fortune to new heights. But the true is they didnt know whats going on in reality, they can only see things in their level and never get their hands dirty.

We the coal miners, digging in the dangerous terriority, facing danger. With the operations and credit department in chaos, pushing work, squeezing the life out of the miners. 1 by 1 left..leaving the brave or stupid victims which some call it.

The customers who order the coal, wont be able to purchase more neither gotten their purchase goods. Clients who open new contracts with us are frustrated with this new "oil water" merger which brings utmost inconvinence to them.

Im still diggin the mine, laughing..."the coy is killing itself...hw can it choose to intergrate its firm when its just a appearance....its bodily functions are clearly distince, under different technical systems, with different reporting authorities and trying to mix them..its sucidial"

More and more clients are leaving..thats gd..less coal to ship and dig for them. Whats troublesome are those clients who DEMAND a explaination from the coal miners whats happening.

WHAT CAN I SAY TO THEM? ITS NOT MY BLOODY FAULT..ITS ALL OF THE OTHERS PROBLEMS AND IM JUST THE DAMN BLOODY PERSON U CAN TALK TO AND COMMUNICATE WITH. PLZ BE THANKFUL THAT IM TAKING YOUR ORDERS AND RELAYING THE MESSAGE TO THEM. BUT "THEM" WILL SIMPLY CAST THIS ISSUE ASIDE AS IF ITS NOT THEIR RESPONSIBILITY. WHAT THE FKING HELL IS GOING ON?

Within the department, when the miners are clearly strained...with the lack of man power, energy..are struggling to survive...the "others" simply transferred work to the miners, and leaving home on time...we have to take on their crap and work things out.

The miners are the first and ending point of all crap running through the company. Everything. From processing, digging, cleaning, polishing, its EVERYTHING. Even in army, you can see a clear distinction of duties, but here....the miners ARE THE MODERN SLAVE WORKER...SERIOUS...

Everyone is leaving....every1 is leaving..hopefully the customers are not stupid..please leave this forsaken company...there are other houses which can serve you better...go away.

Theres no hope for the management, and system that runs this company..its doom to decline and end its life thru poisoning itself.
